He was very helpful with our decision process and was very patient with us. He took us up to the roof to show us all of the BMW iXs that they had in stock so that we could make a final decision. We narrowed our decision down to two vehicles and he was very patient and understanding that it was a difficult decision. Then we were proceeded to meet Mina Awad, CFS Manager, who made the paperwork/finance part of the transaction painless and smooth. Mina Awad explain everything to us and assisted us in making some of our decisions. The entire transaction was a very pleasant time while dealing with Khalil Taylor and Mina Awad. First I was fortunate to meet Lou the sales manager and as that was a positive ezxperience I came to the dealership and was intorduced to Hwevin who became my salesman. He the followed up with me when a similar vehicle arrived although differrent color with all the options I wanted plus several additional. I came and saw the vehicle, loved it and he made the deal work so I was able to get the vehicle immediately! He then gave me a tutorial on the electronics and left the door open if I have any questions. I recommend Hwevin and the dealership highly and will refer others to them. IOn fact, I already have!
