Although my latest service consultant is wonderful, management is not so great and had previous problems with billing when the car was under factory warranty and recently if I was made aware of the bra management is not so great and had previous problems with billing when the car was under factory warranty and recently if I was made aware of the brake fluid service being covered under the factory warranty, I would have brought the vehicle in earlier but instead had to pay over $200 for the service despite the service consultant discounting it a little.
