I contacted BMW of Rockville an attempt to get in touch with the general manager as instructed by your earlier message and received an initial call back from a Scott at 301-692-3861 on May 3rd to give him a call and he promised he would get back to me much quicker than initially, if I received his voice message and left him another voice message, since I'm not clear if Scott is the service manager or the general manager but requested a call back to which I have not received a return call to date.
