I was truly displeased with my service. The service representative wasn’t transparent about the services I need and how much it would cost. I also didn’t like that they kept my vehicle over night for a diagnostic test. I completely understand that the dealership can be busy at times but it’s important to communicate with all your customers and be 100% about what needs to be done when customers bring their cars in. I will not bring my vehicle back to Rockville after the experience I had. More

However, had tires rotated and balanced, but tech DID NOT adjust air pressures so front tires had rear pressures and vice versa. Fixed myself as didn't have time to go back to BMW of Rockville. Very disappointing to be charged over $100 for this service and not adjust tire pressures. Also, got multiple, conflicting walk-around texts from different techs. Confusing and misleading. Kudos to JC Rodriguez for investigating, resolving and taking care of us. Finally, don't like that you are not providing a Loaner Care -- I've bought two cars from Rockville and had three serviced there. Should provide loaner -- MB dealer always does. More
