Incredible experience. I was patiently and efficiently guided through the process, without feeling rushed or pressured into a decision. I was patiently and efficiently guided through the process, without feeling rushed or pressured into a decision. More
My service representative Jamie is a wonderful asset to your dealership. She’s the only reason I continue to have my car serviced at your location in Rockville. Thank you, Jamie your dealership. I recently purchased a new BMW from Rockville, I worked the process with Carlos, he was professional and was happy. There was no-stress, and the delivery of the new BMW went smoothly, I love my new car. the process with Carlos, he was professional and was happy. I am a Black 21 yo full-time college student and I work full-time, so I commute quite a bit throughout the week, on average about 200 miles a day. I was fortunate enough to pay off my 2011 BMW X3 last year full-time, so I commute quite a bit throughout the week, on average about 200 miles a day. I was fortunate enough to pay off my 2011 BMW X3 last year and have been enjoying modifying my vehicle to my liking. I put staggered tires on my car about 5-6 months ago and have since brought it back to BMW of Rockville multiple times for routine maintenance within that 5-6 month time frame, yet not one technician mentioned that my vehicle (an AWD) cannot have staggered tires because it will mess up my suspension… here I am writing this review 3 days after I received a hefty 10k+ repair bill for my vehicle. It saddens me that this was not brought to my attention and it appears that my best interest was not at heart which isn’t surprising due to the current nature of our country; however, as a long term customer of BMW of Rockville, I was naive. Chrisitan Fotos on the other hand got me into a new vehicle that will allow me (fingers crossed) to commute to and from work and to and from school daily safely and without major repairs needed in the near future. recall work done expeditiously, but their price for parts is outrageous and over inflated. They recommended I get a new cabin air filter and engine air filter. Their price was $67 and $78 respectively. Th is outrageous and over inflated. They recommended I get a new cabin air filter and engine air filter. Their price was $67 and $78 respectively. These items from genuine BMW parts dealers on the internet were charging $39 and $36, with a modest $9 shipping fee. Even if you figure in a slight premium for stocking and convenience, these prices are outrageous, and this is a chronic problem with this dealership. Was told competitive price differential was negligible, but I checked it out myself and found the difference quite significant ($145 vs. $75) They do good work, but I add this caveat to my qualified "yes" recommendation. Individuals are nice and helpful, or try to be. Corporate AutoNation not particularly consumer friendly. More
