BMW of Rockville is part of Auto Nation (AN) so I service my Subaru Outback there. I had another great experience, this time with Jose Miranda. From my experience 1) amenities are good, i. e. seating, coffee/water 2) my service person must have forgotten I was there; I had to go to the counter to find him when I was there for updates on e. seating, coffee/water 2) my service person must have forgotten I was there; I had to go to the counter to find him when I was there for updates on my car`s status. Other customer service providers came out to see their customers for updates. He did provide an Uber car. This problem with my vehicle is still not resolved and is at a very expensive price. More
