Purchased tire insurance and ended up with large piece of metal in tire. I drove directly to dealership, they assessed immediately, said they needed to order new tire and had me in a loaner car, all within 3 metal in tire. They had a new tire ordered and my car ready within two days. When I picked up the car, they had already handled the insurance piece and I only need to pay copay and I was on my way! More

Although my latest service consultant is wonderful, management is not so great and had previous problems with billing when the car was under factory warranty and recently if I was made aware of the bra management is not so great and had previous problems with billing when the car was under factory warranty and recently if I was made aware of the brake fluid service being covered under the factory warranty, I would have brought the vehicle in earlier but instead had to pay over $200 for the service despite the service consultant discounting it a little.
