Overall I would say this was an excellent dealership to purchase a vehicle. I found a very low mileage car that had all new tires, brakes and windshield. It was also priced better than any comparable vehic purchase a vehicle. I found a very low mileage car that had all new tires, brakes and windshield. It was also priced better than any comparable vehicle within a few hundred miles. Simon answered phone on a Friday evening and we scheduled appointment for Saturday morning. I was very pleased but two things I would note for improvement. 1) When you view the vehicle before and after test drive, it is in the garage and lighting is not like natural light to view. 2) This is first time I ever had to call insurance company and get policy issued at dealership. I have only been required to show a current insurance card for all purchases in past at numerous dealers. Frankly, I would have walked because I don’t like doing this type of stuff on mobile phone away from a desktop. My wife was with me and took care of it but I would have left and it seems like a stupid reason to lose a sale when we know this is not required. Like I said, pleased overall but the new policy on-site requirement is too much. Took over 45 minutes just to get that part done and we know it isn’t required if you can show proof of insurance. Just a strict in-house policy that irritates people who already loathe the car buying experience. More

Booked an appointment online to test drive the i4 last Saturday. We lucked out and they had one on the lot. My wife ended up buying the i4 that day and Suvin worked with us to get us in the car. Suvin's demeanor, honesty, guidance, reliability and patience with me converted me from someone cautiously looking into purchasing his first BMW to someone who is now sold on the brand for life. I am not necessarily an "easy customer"... I am indecisive, neurotic, and overall high maintenance. However, Suvin's ability to be both accommodating and supportive during my MANY late night questions and order alterations have helped me to ultimately purchase two cars from him this year, with a third on the way. I can't necessarily comment on other aspects of the dealership at this point as the majority of my experience with BMW of Rockville has just been with sales- but my experiences with Suvin have been more than enough to keep me shopping here.
