Response to my conditional purchase only if all is well with car- he took me out to garage to tap on my break/tires and said it’s perfect (their camera proves my comment- 2 minute after he sold me the car the service manger came to tell me my break/tires not good- the Perelli tires at $300 each have no warranty and defective at 16000 miles-I sat there and asked to sale reversed (have all text/emails since day 1) he lied and told me I will call bmw headquarters on Monday and get you a deal and. talk to my boss Matt (all in 2/2022- he waited one week after sales finalization to text me No. when I objected that I would file lawsuit he told my fiancé (she is an emotional female)- I writes called BMW corp and reported they never called bank. Matt (manager) Sam lee (manager) Jamie service.. it is truly amazing how I was treated, lied to and forced into financing a sale at $30000. I expect a decent human company at my 3rd BMW to act and speak honestly. Do the right thing or take the car back. More

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced from a BMW dealership. Once you buy the car, you are no longer important to them. On 9/4, I completed the required paperwork to cancel the Tire and Waranty Policy. After numerous calls to dealership with no resolution, I contacted the vendor who stated they had sent the notice of cancellation to the dealership on 9/13. After 3 trips to the dealership, numerous calls and emails to Sang Lee (Sam), the Sales Manager, Nick Fotos Lawton, the Finance Manager, and Dacotah Skye, the Sales person and almost 6 months later this issue has not been resolved. The last communication I received from Sam was on Feb 5th. He promised to follow up with me and I have heard nothing. I have checked my acount numerous times and it still has not been credited for the cost I paid for the warranty or for the interest I have paid since Sept 13th for a warranty that I nver used. I am beyond frustrated. More

12/01/2021: I purchased a vehicle about a month ago and the buying experience was phenomenal. I left there as a satisfied customer. I am giving them a 1-Star because here I am after 2 months with no tags n the buying experience was phenomenal. I left there as a satisfied customer. I am unable to drive my vehicle and go to work because of their “tag and registration” third party company handles this part of their business. I have called multiple times just to get new temporary tags, but the ball gets passed to other people and I never get anybody to resolve this issue. I even called the third party company but no one picks up the phone!!! I am having to do all this running around just to get temp tags. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! If you are reading this review, do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Here I am feeling upset on my wife’s birthday because someone dropped the ball at this dealership. I bought a Mercedes-Benz 2 weeks ago and already received my tags!!!! Below is a timeline of the events up to today February 14, 2022: 09/15/2021 I purchased a used vehicle at this dealership and informed them about my desire to register the vehicle in Texas State as an Active Duty Service member. I was given a temporary tags for 3 months and was notified that a third party company handled their tags and registrations. 12/15/2021 I called 7 times requesting to speak with someone who could help me with an update on tags and registration. I was informed multiple times to call directly to another BMW dealership in Townson as they handled their paperwork. However, I called 12 times and no one answered the phone. The temporary tags expired and spend about 3 days with expired tags and unable to drive the vehicle that was purchased for business causing financial loss. 12/20/2021 Finally walked into the dealership, just to be notified that someone in the tag and registration department which exist somewhere else tried to reach out to me claiming no one picked up. However, no voicemail was left nor email was sent to me with any issues. Sang Lee stated that the issue was that Geico Insurance denied disclosing any of my information to the tag and registration department who called to verify some information which I could easily have provided the day I purchased the vehicle. A new insurance policy was shared with Sang Lee and a new paperwork was put together by a different agent who assured me that this time things would be smoother. A two month temporary tags were issued to me again meanwhile. 02/14/2022 Two months have passed and again I called today after realizing that this week, the temporary tags are about to expire again. I find myself chasing this process and having to beg for resolution. Sang Lee related to me today that, like before, someone tried to reach me, but no answer and failed to leave a voicemail or send a follow up email with the new issue which is the rejection of Texas Tags and Registration department for not having a Texas Vehicle insurance coverage. I have purchased three other vehicles after the BMW and all three dealerships (1 in Colorado and 2 in Maryland) have all send me the tags within 2 weeks with no issues. I have also given these dealerships the same progressive insurance policy that I turned in to the BMW dealership. More
Survin helped me to buy an X5. I say helped ME to buy as he didn’t try to sell it to me. Just super friendly, helpful, informative and very customer service minded - even bought us dinner while our paperwor he didn’t try to sell it to me. I did not buy my car from this location but I decided to get service h cold and unfriendly. He totally ruined my experience with your service center. I did not buy my car from this location but I decided to get service here. This is my 2nd time coming here and will probably be my last thanks to Mr Clark. My wife and I wanted to trade our X3 for a X5 but I think we’ll go drive a little further and go back to Sterling BMW where they show customer’s respect. I was in the service industry for 20 years and would not recommend Mr Clark for a customer service roll. More
