I got no response. I finally called Mr. O'brien who was at lunch and said he'd call me back. He emailed back stating the car was sold the day before, January 17. I missed a car I've been looking for for a year because no one would reply to my inquiries. More

Review is how the dealership, mainly the GM handled an issue I had with my x6 after having servicing the vehicle since I purchased it brand new with the dealership itself. An issue had surfaced while the car was under warranty. However, the mechanics could not diagnosis it because no code was presenting itself. The code finally surfaced after the warranty had expired. Ric Vitec was no help at all and actually very unhelpful and rude over all. The service department was great all along and I myself had to contact BMW of America to get some assistance with the $8k price tag. Long story short, never will I buy a BWM again all thanks to the GM of BMW of America that was useless. More
