My family always owned atleast 3 BMW’s at any given time and has been a long time BMW customer. BMW of Rockville is the closest dealership to my house since I moved to Maryland. However, I bought my 2021 X3 and has been a long time BMW customer. BMW of Rockville is the closest dealership to my house since I moved to Maryland. However, I bought my 2021 X3 at a Virginia dealership as the salesperson Suvin was so rude and didn't even give me a price quote. Instead he tried to educate me on buying philosophy. I'd just like to remind him that he should consider treating people and their time with respect. I will absolutely not recommend the salesperson that I worked with to anyone in my family and friends group. He did not deserve my business. So he didn't get it. More
