Car buying experience was great, and this was in November. While meeting the finance guy, I purchased the dent protection, appearance protection and extra maintenance plan. I was not sure of the last, so asked them till when can I cancel it for full refund, got the answer 2 months. Second month, I tried reaching out multiple times to the salesperson who sold me the car and the finance guy asking them to explain me what extra is covered in the extra maintenance plan. No one was telling me the full coverage details, both were giving me incomplete answers, delaying my cancellation decision, which I made the last day. The real story starts now, I reached out to the salesperson, he said, the finance guy can help me cancel it, reached out to him, called him multiple times, busy all the time. Next day, I had to go to the dealership, to meet him, ONLY to find out, he can't process the cancellation and I have to contact this Product Cancellation team via email. LACK of information across the team and lack of responsible behavior towards their customer. I contacted that team and they said, they can't process the cancellation. A lot of back and forth till last week, finance guy at the dealership responding once in 2 weeks and sometimes even a month. At last he got it done, wasted 5 months, just to process a cancellation. Now I noticed, they haven't provided me full agreements for the dent and appearance protections as well, just the signed pages, emailed them 3 times when posting this, no reply yet! That's the problem with this dealership, no promptness in replying their customers, lack of information they provide to their customers, thus creating a frustrating level of confusion. I am not including any names, though I want to, hoping this behavior can be rectified on their end and I don't have to face these issues again. More

This was my second routine annual service at BMW of Rockville, and like every time I am extremely satisfied with the service and the staff. Technician even posted a video while servicing explaining what all he checked and how things look under the car, this is great and really appreciate the transparency. Service center was kind enough to provide wash and vacuum as courtesy. To close, William took care of paperwork and helped to checkout at speed. Overall great experience, and five stars to William for his excellent customer service/care. Thank you. More

Joel Mugashi is an Excellent service rep who is efficient, personable, and courteous. However, as I drove away The car started to shudder - Something which I would’ve thought the Technical servic efficient, personable, and courteous. Pretty inefficient considering the price I paid. Since I’m going to be overseas for about five weeks, I couldn’t return it immediately, but I will bring the car back and expect them to fix this issue. More
