Purchased a used vehicle from BMW of Rockville in early January. Six and a half weeks later, I still hadn't received my registration (out-of-state, so not unusual apparently). With less than two weeks to January. Six and a half weeks later, I still hadn't received my registration (out-of-state, so not unusual apparently). With less than two weeks to go before my temp tag expires, I start making phone calls and sending texts and emails to my salesperson about the status of my registration. I finally get him on the phone and am assured that it will be taken care of. He never called me back. At this point I have spoken to several people who have said "we'll take care of it", but no one has called me back with an actual solution. Now I have to park the car because my registration is expiring tomorrow. Their customer service is non-existent after the sale. I wouldn't recommend doing business here. More

My wife and I were looking to purchase a new SUV and possibly a sedan. We narrowed our choice to BMW. BMW of ROCKVILLE was the only dealer within 30 miles that had the vehicles we wanted to test driv possibly a sedan. We narrowed our choice to BMW. He was very knowledgeable and low key. No pressure which my wife and I really appreciated. After talking further he suggested a X5 Hybrid which turned out to be a great recommendation. Suvin gave us a great deal on both cars. He also was very helpful making changes to our order. Would highly recommend him. More

Brian Yuen is excellent to talk with and he was very patient with me since I am deaf. Brian and I talked about some tips and what kind of cars and narrowed down what kind of cars I was looking for and w patient with me since I am deaf. I really enjoyed getting him to know and he is a good advisor to discuss with. I wish the BMW company could provide an American Sign Langauge interpreter, but maybe in the near future if they plan to get someone interpreter that will be helpful to communicate what Deaf clients need and what their goals are, and what their expectations are so they can have full access to everything. I wish I could have lower interest, but it was too bit higher, maybe that is something the dealer can find another way what the best car that can fit clients depending on their credit scores. I was able to get a warranty that is a bonus but (a little bit expensive and would look for a reasonable price) I always ask questions to Brian, and Brian is very responsive and answers my questions. He is always here to help you in every way. If you need some advice on what kind of cars and etc, Brian is an excellent person to discuss with you and is readily available to serve you. Brian is not the kind of person who will force you, but he will give you some time to think about it and he wanted to be sure that every car that is suitable for you and safety for you as well. Business integrity. But the only is communication. I would recommend you to research first before going to BMW and discuss it will save you time-consuming.
