Stephen made the entire car buying experience absolutely amazing. From the moment I stepped into the door- the entire process was welcoming, comfortable, and personal. Stephen goes above and beyond to help his customers find the right car. He took his time to show me all the features of my car and thoroughly explain any questions I had. There was also never a time where there was pressure into buying a car like how most dealerships make customers feel. Stephen had my car detailed, washed, and ready to go with a full tank of gas the morning of purchase. He provided my dad and I complimentary lunch which is just another example of how much he cares about his customer and continued hospitality. Thank you Stephen for making me a BMW customer for life!! Repair estimate came with a video of problem Was able to get a loaner car, not immediately, but then some came in and was available to busy time. I scheduled the appointment online. When I arrived at the dealer, there was no record of the appointment. Eric, the service advisor, placed us on the schedule anyway for that day’s work. He was very professional and thorough. The video walk around from the technician was a nice feature. Upon arrival at the dealer to pick up the car, it took over a half hour to check out. The paperwork was not ready. When it was 15 minutes before closing Tim, the parts representative decided to start closing up and started rolling a cage around us leaving a narrow path to the service cashier. There were about 5-6 people waiting in line. Overall, the service was very good. The checkout process was not customer friendly. More
