The worst service I have ever received at an auto dealership. In August 2020, I saw that this dealership had the exact car I wanted to purchase. I test drove the car, made the deal, and purchased dealership. In August 2020, I saw that this dealership had the exact car I wanted to purchase. I test drove the car, made the deal, and purchased it the same day and the promise of customer service was amazing, but that ended after I signed the papers. Now, it has been 5 months, I do not have a permanent tag for my car and I cannot even get them to follow up on the basic paperwork that I have requested. I requested a digital copy of my paperwork and I thought it was a simple request... I have called 6 times, 2 voicemails not returned, and when I finally spoke to Nick Lawton he said he would overnight the paperwork on Thursday. It is Saturday and I have not received the paperwork and they cannot even tell me where they sent it, so I am concerned now they sent my paperwork to some unknown location. On that same call he said he could not email, but now that my paperwork is lost, he offered to email it and cannot understand why I am frustrated. In reference to the tag, it has been over 5 months and I have call in excess of 10 times, emailed multiple times, and texted the salesperson who is no longer working with the dealership with no real answer so I am hoping that this review will get their attention. Update, I finally got the paperwork emailed after over 10 calls, 2 voicemails, and multiple texts. They lied to me and said the paperwork was mailed and it may be lost, but then they said it was not mailed and told me it was still on someone's desk, then the next day it showed up at a different address than what I requested so apparently it was not sitting on someone's desk. I found out today that I have also been lied to for months about the tag because every time I called they told me the paperwork was in process even asking me for the insurance information twice during this time, but then they told me today that the paperwork was never filed... so 5 months later, they are acting like they are doing me a favor to "rush" the paperwork since it was never filed. 2/4/2021 Update: The tag paperwork is still "in progress" and I do not have any answers on how long it will take. The General Sales Manager is now involved and still cannot provide straight answers. . 2/24/2021 I have not heard from the dealership in 3 weeks. Called and emailed with no response this week. 7 months now that my tag has been in "progress". If you like being lied to, your time wasted, and treated poorly, then this is the dealership for you. More

They built new dealership building, so nice and clean and service steps are very kind and during service processing, they keep updating with text or phone what's going on. I purchased my BMW in May of 2020 and I had it serviced for the first time this week. It was a simple process and the team at BMW Rockville worked hard to arrange an appointment that worked best for me. T for the first time this week. They were extremely accommodating and when my car was returned to me, it had been serviced as expected BUT it had also been detailed! It looked like the car I drove off the lot back in May.
