The last two vehicles that my husband bought were from BMW Rockville, with Suvin being the sales rep. My husband purchased my first BMW for me this past May and Suvin was there to assist from beginning to BMW Rockville, with Suvin being the sales rep. He commits to memory who we are and what our specific needs are for our driving experience. He is extremely attentive and never pushes a car on you, as he does care about establishing a relationship to help you find the car that is the best fit for you. He never rushes you into a decision and always displays a high level of professionalism. When we experienced a problem with our car, Suvin personally drove out to expedite the solution in getting our vehicle serviced. He literally shared in our problem and stayed in constant contact to make sure we were informed and satisfied. He doesn’t sell you a car and forget about you. He has always been the point of contact whenever we have questions. He never seems to grow weary in assisting his clients. He is the epitome of being called dependable, concerned, and loyal. His genuine concern for his clients is apparent, and we are overjoyed to continue working with Suvin in our future vehicle purchases. More
