I regret so much to purchase my first BMW at this dealership. They totally destroy all my nice imagination for BWM. Everyone was so nice on the day I purchased the car, but after the purchase of one dealership. They totally destroy all my nice imagination for BWM. Everyone was so nice on the day I purchased the car, but after the purchase of one month, when I called for an inquiry regarding fee that supposed to refund as explained. No one has a gut to give me a clear answer and simply rejecting my request. The two finance manager were so nice at the purchase date, then become very irresponsible and never response on emails after the sales. Can't believe such a big BWM dealership do not give you full disclosure upfront and reject your request by simply saying it is our policy and we cannot do anything. It is a shame that they are representing BMW. Be careful when you deal with their finance department. More

My service visit to BMW of Rockville was fantastic. I was greeted and walked to my service advisor (Joy Chilcoat) quickly upon arrival. Joy was exceptional in explaining the service that would be performed and arranged a loaner car for me. Returning the loaner was easy and I was walked to the cashier since I was unfamiliar with the new BMW of Rockville center. My car was returned to me washed and sanitized. I would recommend BMW of Rockville to anyone looking for BMW service and sales. More
