I will never recommend this dealership to anyone as a new customer. I was treated in the most despicable way imaginable for four months the dealership refused to do what it took to get my license plates. I c customer. I could not legally drive my vehicle that I purchased and the sales person did nothing to expedite the matter nor did the general manager. They were perfectly able to sleep at night while I was unable to drive my car. There was no care, remorse and no apology. It was only until I called the CEO and executives that they got off their butts. All of management in Rockville is completely incompetent!!! More

Working with Carlos was not a pleasant experience. He kept pushing for me to come into the showroom after I said I didn't want to do that during covid. The last two vehicles that my husband bought were from BMW Rockville, with Suvin being the sales rep. From these past 3 experiences with Suvin, it has been easier and easier to conduct the entire process with him. He commits to memory who we are and what our specific needs are for our driving experience. He is extremely attentive and never pushes a car on you, as he does care about establishing a relationship to help you find the car that is the best fit for you. He never rushes you into a decision and always displays a high level of professionalism. When we experienced a problem with our car, Suvin personally drove out to expedite the solution in getting our vehicle serviced. He literally shared in our problem and stayed in constant contact to make sure we were informed and satisfied. He doesn’t sell you a car and forget about you.
