The new building is great and the service department is very modern and efficient. My car was finished before the estimated time. When my check engine light began to go on intermittently I asked BMW Rockville to identify the source of the problem. After providing my complete service records, I authorized a diagnostic test ($163) and I asked BMW Rockville to identify the source of the problem. After providing my complete service records, I authorized a diagnostic test ($163) and finally the recommended repair ($504) to correct the resulting fault code. The repair had no effect at all on the light or my BMW’s performance. The service manager then recommended replacing my new coils and plugs with OEM parts ($400). I declined because he refused to guarantee that this would at least identify what was wrong. The service manager was polite and I got a free loaner for four days. On balance I paid $667 for nothing but it could have been worse. More
I had been a customer of BMW of Rockville for well over 12 years. From my first BMW lease, a 335i convertible, new build i3 purchase, 435i lease lastly a GT lease. Through two kids, several career advancements and two house builds. I stuck to them. How did they repay me when I needed them the most? By not keeping the promises of previous employees. I ended up paying out of pocket for it an expense they promised to pay in writing. They lost a 12+ year customer as well as several other potential customers. It's really a god awful shame. I ended up getting my M5 Competition Package somewhere else. Beware everybody, when you need them they'll lie like a rug and fold like a deck of cheap cards!!! More

He worked diligently with the client advisor, Marshall Douglas to find me EXA is the epitome of what it means to be a professional in the BMW World. He worked diligently with the client advisor, Marshall Douglas to find me EXACTLY what color combination I wanted in an M5 and within 48 hours had the car on the lot ready for delivery. Marshall Douglas kept me informed every step of the way and since he's an M owner also, enlightened me about all the intangibles on the vehicle. Nick in the finance department was very straightforward and to the point and made me feel great about the purchase. The building is gorgeous but without Nicholas Popovici and Marshall Douglas, it would be just another BMW showroom in the area! More
I took my vehicle in without an appointment because I had a flat tire, fortunately I have runflat tires which means you can drive on them while they’re flat. The service department took me in right away without a question and even came out doors to speak with me because I did not want to go inside the building due to the pandemic. My service rep Joy Chilcoat Was very helpful and recommended the services she felt like my car was due and needed. I did not need the vehicle back right away so they had it ready by the next morning and again joy met me outside to conduct the paperwork and provide me with my car keys. The vehicle was washed and sanitized after it was serviced. More
