I apologize for the harsh comments I made originally so I am changing my review. While I would not do business with Suvin again, I would give BMW of Rockville another chance because I did get a good deal tha am changing my review. While I would not do business with Suvin again, I would give BMW of Rockville another chance because I did get a good deal thanks to Mike. Yes, I was disappointed that they couldn't change the grille of my vehicle but if they took my request as a demand I think there was a misunderstanding. In the end, the biggest issue I had was not receiving the $1000 college grad incentive that BMW NA pays, it doesn't even come out of Rockville's pockets. The only other bad experience was Jose essentially laughing me and any requests off once the deal was closed. More
