THE WORST! BMW of Rockville called and said my new BMW was ready to be picked up. This was going to be my second BMW. When I got there, the interior was dirty an BMW of Rockville called and said my new BMW was ready to be picked up. This was going to be my second BMW. When I got there, the interior was dirty and the leather on the seat of the drivers side was damaged. I told them sorry but I'm refusing this car because the seat was damaged .They said they can order a seat from Germany and I told them that I expected when I was called to be getting a new undamaged car. The manager told me sorry but if you walk away we're keeping your deposit. I never got my deposit back and they'll never have me as a customer and I hope anyone else that reads this. After this dealing, I switched over and purchased a new Porsche. I now have a second Porsche. No more BMW's because of the way BMW of Rockville handled this. More

I recently made an appointment at BMW of Rockville to have some work done on my car. It was extremely easy to schedule an appointment. When I arrived for the appointment, I was promptly seen and my c have some work done on my car. It was extremely easy to schedule an appointment. When I arrived for the appointment, I was promptly seen and my car was taken to a service by. I was given an estimate of two hours for the work. I waited in their nice open waiting area. At almost exactly two hours, I was advised that my car was ready. I paid the bill which was exactly what the estimate had been. My service rep. Chelsea Django was excellent. I really enjoyed working with her. More

Very disappointed in my service. I misinformed so many times. My service person was terrible. Went there for a battery problem. Was told I didn’t drive my car enough so they did not replace the battery . times. My service person was terrible. Went there for a battery problem. Was told I didn’t drive my car enough so they did not replace the battery . . For one I did drive my car for two we are in the COVID 19. The service person Joy was terrible she kept telling me Lies. Will not go back to Bmw service in Rockville. Also will give a review on yelp and Facebook. Poor service More
