My 3rd BMW X3 with Roxanne! BMW is the best engineered vehicle in the world in my opinion. BMW Rockville is a great dealership. Roxanne Roch is simply the best client advisor there and we don't go to anyone other than her. Her knowledge of the entire BMW product line is second to none and she has the unique talent of listening to her clients to make sure they get the BMW best suited to their needs. She never "promotes" any one model over another and will find the model, color and options you want even if it is not in their current inventory. I don't know what more you could ask for in a client advisor. Not only is she our client advisor, but she has become a good friend over the years. The sales/lease/delivery process is very streamlined and efficient and works best if you have done your research on the vehicle you are interested in.
