I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication concerning my recently purchased BMW. I was assured that my new “preowned” car was in excellent condition, however upon delivery, there were concerns concerning my recently purchased BMW. I was assured that my new “preowned” car was in excellent condition, however upon delivery, there were concerns that have yet to be addressed. I’ve tried to allow my sales rep time to solve these, but to no avail. I guess my only choice is to continue adding social media reviews in order to get their attention. It didn’t have to come to this. So sad! More

Sold me a defective Mustang that had been tuned and won’t take any responsibility for it. Which it didn’t state that in our contract. I also purchased the extended warranty that shouldn’t have even been sold take any responsibility for it. Which it didn’t state that in our contract. I also purchased the extended warranty that shouldn’t have even been sold to me because it automatically voids if the vehicle doesn’t have the original parts. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this company. Mind you the vehicle only had 54,000 miles and was purchased at 17,000. Horrible customer service. More
I came here to get my headlights fixed. I asked how much it would be and it was insisted that they need to do a diagnostic although I had told them the low beam bulbs died. They charged me I asked how much it would be and it was insisted that they need to do a diagnostic although I had told them the low beam bulbs died. They charged me 250 for this and got very short and rude with me when I questioned the necessity of the diagnostic. They then charged me 772.99 for two light bulbs that cost 67.74 for both in parts. My car was also there for seven hours and one of my headlights points more up than the other. I will never be coming back here and do not recommend ! More
