The dealership was helpful and help guide me through the car buying process being i am out of state. I was given updates each step of the way. Throughout my interactions, I have observed a lack of professionalism, characterized by a failure t provided by Austin Smith, my BMW service advisor. Throughout my interactions, I have observed a lack of professionalism, characterized by a failure to return calls and text messages promptly. Additionally, I have concerns about the honesty and reliability of the information provided. Regrettably, Mr. Smith has not demonstrated a thorough understanding of automotive issues, impacting the quality of advice offered. I believe effective communication and expertise are crucial in a service advisor role, and I have unfortunately experienced shortcomings in these aspects. I hope that sharing this feedback will contribute to the improvement of service standards. It is my sincere expectation that the necessary measures will be taken to address these concerns and enhance the overall customer experience. More
