SF BMW got me in & out the same afternoon for a tire replacement. I was very satisfied with the quick service and explanation of the type of tire I should go with. I brought my car in for service and the issue was worse when I picked up the car after the service was completed. After a few days, I called to ask about the worsening issue and brought it in again for ser when I picked up the car after the service was completed. After a few days, I called to ask about the worsening issue and brought it in again for service. They didn’t answer any of my questions and the issue is still worse than before my first appointment and remains unresolved. I will not take my car back to this dealer for service again. More
