Purchased BMW with tradein, BMWSF didn't submit transfer of liability/ownership paperwork with DMV, sold tradein to dealer in bay area who drove car got 15 parking tickets in SF, 13 parking tickets in Daly City and 18 Toll Charges for the Bay Bridge. 1 year later - Total $2800 now going to collections against me because BMW-SF are such losers. Impossible to speak to anyone with any authority at dealership, salesmen just give run around, DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT THIS DEALERSHIP More

Service Advisor, Vincent Lam is phenomenal - extremely understanding and clearly delivers on his promise.
