Please do, contact me via lxw824178965@gmail.com or call me at 3128774725. I purchased a 2024 X5e from your dealership on December 14th, 2023 and received the car on December 22nd, 2023. However, the issue is that you did not assist in registering the vehicle in Chicago, and I did not receive a temporary license plate, leaving me unable to drive my new car on the road until today and possibly for the next month. Also, there is a noticeable scrape on the left front bumper of the car, which the porter confirmed was present before the car was handed over to him. I have yet to receive an official solution from your end.
