Not sure if anyone is on the same boat as I was - I was not able to drive back this vehicle until a certain date because of becoming a new policy holder for new insurance. I was originally reached out by Brian Bader after I had inquired about the 2020 BMW i3. Instead, I had David Gao who was just as helpful. I let them know when I was coming and found it convenient that they had the car ready outside at the front for me to look at and test drive. My only minor inconvenience is that Theft Deterrent Device and Surface Protection was not included in the online price. I understand why its separate on paper - it just would have been nice if I had known beforehand. I would also like to mention my financer, Janet Kim. She was friendly and straight-forward in the process. No hassle back when I declined the maintenance package(s). More
