I brought my i3 in to have the passenger side mirror replaced. After I picked the car up I found that the passenger door lock was not adjusted properly and the door flew open several times with my wife replaced. After I picked the car up I found that the passenger door lock was not adjusted properly and the door flew open several times with my wife sitting in the passenger seat. I brought the car back to Service to have it fixed! More

I was taken in on time and waited while they had the inspection done. The inspection took less than 3 hours and the wait was pleasant. Really smooth system- everyone from the moment you drive up is professional and service oriented. The man who took my car even moved Mountains to get it washed and vacuumed on a Saturday!
