My visit to the BMW of San Rafeal service center was a highly positive and pleasant one. The fact that I ditched my awful local Hansel BMW dealership in my town and instead drove 40 miles to San Rafael BM highly positive and pleasant one. The fact that I ditched my awful local Hansel BMW dealership in my town and instead drove 40 miles to San Rafael BMW service center (already known for their great customer) speaks volumes! The whole staff at BMW San Rafael are truly exceptional! They are so respectful, responsive and professional in every way. My service advisor Mark made sure all my concerns were addressed and even arranged for me to speak with the shop supervisor about a specific technical issue. Their commitment to providing exceptional customer service truly shines and is unmatched in this region! For this reason, BMW of San Rafael has earned my trust and any future business in both sales and service departments. Keep up the great work folks! More

My BMW was still under warranty and free service. The mileage was low for the age because during covid I didn't drive much. When you take your car in you don't really get to talk to a service advis The mileage was low for the age because during covid I didn't drive much. When you take your car in you don't really get to talk to a service advisor. you leave your car and then the service advisor calls you later. When the advisor called he recommended that I have the head removed so they could blast out accumulated carbon, because I must have been putting around town and have carbon build up. Ahh, low mileage but I don't putt around town, with a Dinan tune to give me extra hp. I was pressured for this extra work but finally convinced the service writer I didn't want the service. Oh yeah, the cost was $2500 or so. Never going back to the dealer and my next BMW purchase won't be from this dealer network. They own the closest 3 dealer to me but no way am I rewarding this type of horrible service. More
