My overall experience with BMW of Sarasota, both Sales & Service, was nothing less than exceptional!!! From my starting point with my F&I Manager, Tammy Saylor, who is extremely knowledgeable and made sur & Service, was nothing less than exceptional!!! Upon our arrival at the dealership Michael greeted my wife and I with a big smile and was extremely courteous. You see, the night prior I had completed an online request for an appraised value on my vehicle and explained which vehicle we were interested in. Somehow, he was able to quickly acknowledge our purpose for the visit. Michael and Richard took us to the vehicle, which was parked up front and clean. The car sold itself and we were there to get a good, fair deal. Throughout the process Michael and Rich understood our needs and financial commitment we were willing to make. Ultimately I believe each party got a fair deal and we could not be happier with our purchase. As far as car shopping goes, it was a great experience from start to finish and I would recommend BMW of Sarasota for the service we received from Michael. He was a pleasure to work with. More

My wife and I visited this Dealership just to look for a car to buy once my daughter (17 years old) got her license. We met with Michael Hughes and end up buying two BMWs. The vehicle I purchased had a few issues that needed attention, and Michael took care of EVERYTHING that was promised.
