Osman was great. Very prompt and responsive. Dealership is typical for a BMW dealer. Deal was made from out of town and everything was agreed to before arriving to te Very prompt and responsive. Buying cars is always stressful when it comes down to numbers and sitting with finance. Of course the finance manager tried to screw me, but we came to an agreement in the end.
