BMW of Sarasota has sold and serviced 4 out of 6 BMW's I have enjoyed. My original service advisor was Eric Bacher who always attended to my needs in a very professional and friendly manner. For the past several years I have been dealing with BMW of Sarasota. From switchboard to car deliverer I have experienced nothing other than courtesy and friendliness. I had a great experience purchasing a used BMW 3x from BMW of Sarasota. When I walked onto the lot, Greg walked right up with one or two minutes to assist me. I told him I had seen a car online that I was BMW of Sarasota. When I walked onto the lot, Greg walked right up with one or two minutes to assist me. I told him I had seen a car online that I was interested in. He walked me right over to it, I test drove it and bought it. Louis Small was standing on the sidewalk when I pulled in on the following workday with a small engine problem. He was very friendly and reassuring. He said he would take it right over to the service department within one minute of me explaining that something was wrong. The engine just needed a coil replaced. It was repaired by 4:00 that same day. They gave me a loaner car for that day. Now my BMW is running great and I am very pleased with my purchase and my experience at BMW of Sarasota. More

The experience of purchase was overall quite satisfactory. This was the first purchase at a different dealler than my prior experience with purchase of more than 10 BMWs. John Tremblay was very informative, thorugh and professional. He provided excellent service and was curteous. At that time I had an appointment to have my yearly maintenance (I do not put alot of mileage on the car each year). When I arrived for my appt. another service person said that I could not have service for another 2 weeks although I was given an appointment over the phone. Of course the other sales man explained to me why (I needed two more weeks before my year was up) but he did not make me feel that he cared about my inconvenience. John certainly did feel my frustration today. My question is, when I called to make the appt, why is the person on the phone not looking in the computor to see if my year is up. My paperwork stated that I way there in May of 2010. So I should have been alright with my appt. Aparently not. This is not good business. More
