One of the best BMW dealerships ever, I would say. I was looking for a used BMW so I decided to go to Reeves in Tampa due to the fact of a bigger city...bigger selection. So I decided to go to the BMW dealership in Sarasota and let me tell you I was blown away by the customer service and selection. I met Tammy Saylor first and she was extremely sweet and professional. I let her know I had a very bad experience in Tampa and was bitter about BMW. She promised me my experience would not be like that here and she held up her promise and then some. She introduced me to John Webb and he helped me pick out a car that was right for me. Not pushy or Salesy at all. Very helpful and professional. I know own a 328i BMW and I couldn't be happier.
