Warranty work and Oil Change I have been to Sarasota BMW several times since moving down here from Southampton, NY. Each and every time I have had a good experience. The process I have been to Sarasota BMW several times since moving down here from Southampton, NY. Each and every time I have had a good experience. The process was efficient and professional. It is what I came to expect up North and am happy to find it in place here with Sarasota BMW. BMW did my warranty work and arranged for a loaner car from Hertz. I would have preferred a BMW loaner but for a short time things did work out. BMW honored a coupon I received in the mail for an oil change and that was greatly appreciated.
