My experience with BMW of Sarasota was excellent . I deal with Fernando Santori , he was helping me with Warranty issues , Fernando was very professional and outstanding ,also service manager Greg Jo I deal with Fernando Santori , he was helping me with Warranty issues , Fernando was very professional and outstanding ,also service manager Greg Jones was involved , they both great people and easy to deal with. Personal involvement. This has been an ongoing problem with brake noise and a separate noise from the rear of the can that nobody heard until a senior technician and I took This has been an ongoing problem with brake noise and a separate noise from the rear of the can that nobody heard until a senior technician and I took a test drive. and he immediately heard the noise even though it was stated as the reason for the service in the first place. Spent over 4 hours and was told there was no noise. Had to wait on the part and though a rental was provided, it required a return trip to pick up the car. More
