My fist time using the Sarasota BMW dealership. They did a great job on the service. My only issue was the amount of time it took to complete the work. Almost 3 hours start to finish. Brought my car to BMW of Sarasota for a check engine light issue. The person who initially wrote the order when I first drove up, I was very unfriendly. Did not say a word or raise his head and look light issue. The person who initially wrote the order when I first drove up, I was very unfriendly. Did not say a word or raise his head and look at me or answer my questions. He then misplaced my order and no service advisor picked up on it I sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half before I walk back and asked for a service advisor. I hope I never have to bring my car to BMW Sarasota again. More
