Hi - I bought a 2006 3 Convertible from a specialty used car lot in LA - the new car warranty only has a couple of months left on it - and I wanted the battery checked before the warranty ran out. I'd had trouble a couple of times; nothing major, but I just knew the minute the warranty was up I'd need a new battery. Dennis went above and beyond testing the entire electrical system to make sure all was ship-shape. Sure enough he found the reason for my occassional problem, and it was indeed the battery - I got a brand new one, no charge, just in the nick of time. He was so kind and courteous I will be sure to include Center BMW when looking for my next car - I think you can tell a lot about a dealership by the Service Department. He didn't act like he wanted me gone, he acted like he wanted to help, and he did! For that I'm grateful. More

My car buying experience at Center BMW far exceeded my expectations. They were patient, knowledgeable and very thorough. Center BMW put me right at ease and were very helpful in determining what model fit my lifestyle, needs and goals best. I felt no pressure and like they genuinely wanted to find me MY perfect car. We decided on the 128i convertible (black on black). It is the PERFECT car for me and every time I get in I smile! Buying a new car can be a daunting experience but at Center BMW it was actually fun. When my license plates came in I took them into the service center to have them put on. I was greeted by name and immediately felt at home. Raul Hagen checked to see that I was happy with my new car and to see if I had any questions. I was so impressed that they actually cared about me and my happiness – even after I signed the lease. All in all I truly feel like part of the Center BMW family and can’t thank them enough for taking the time to make me feel comfortable and confident in my choice of a 128i. I absolutely LOVE my Center BMW. More

Mike W. helped me with a lease return even though my BMW was not acquired through Center BMW. (I had my vehicle serviced at Center for the duration of the lease.) He answered all my questions, emails, and was not acquired through Center BMW. (I had my vehicle serviced at Center for the duration of the lease.) Shahe took car of my car beyond the call of duty. When I got it back it was like brand new condition. I got my carpet mats changed because they were dangerous and he stayed late, after closing, for me to p got it back it was like brand new condition. I went to Center BMW after getting a warning indicator that I was low on some fluids in my car. I got there around 5:30pm and ran into Shahe, a service advisor that has helped me previously. Called talked to Dennis Bohlig in service...(This guy is great, super nice and awesome to work with I recommend you see him for service).....at 9:30am and to my surprise he asked if I wanted to come in that great, super nice and awesome to work with I recommend you see him for service).....at 9:30am and to my surprise he asked if I wanted to come in that same day. Service was great got me in and out. the only thing is the after looking at there work they had left two fasteners loose for the micro filter cover and 1/2 of a qt shy of oil. This is the best service I've gotten and I will go here again. More

I would recommend Mike W in the Certified Pre Owned Department to anyone. He is super upbeat and friendly and he clearly wanted to everything in his power to win my business, which he did.
