I dealt with Heidi when I took my vehicle for service. She was not only helpful and assisting with my needs, she was very attentive and communicative regarding the status of repairs. Our constant updates allowed me to coordinate my own personal schedule and picking up the kids and running other errands. She also was prompt and reaching out to me to let me know what the problem was with my vehicle and the estimated time my car would be ready for pickup. Very pleased. More
Personal property was taken from my car during a service appt. The mgr, Sean Clemons even admitted in writing property was removed! Keeps trying to say I misplaced! I was looking at a 7 series that I wanted to buy so I called and was told it was available but was so I told the sales guy on the phone I was coming out to take a look at it and would be there within 30 called and was told it was available but was so I told the sales guy on the phone I was coming out to take a look at it and would be there within 30 minutes. So I head out to the dealership and about halfway through my drive I get a call from the salesman that the car was not ready to show as it was getting serviced but would be ready to show by end of the week so I drive back to work kind of disappointed! Two days later the car comes up on Car Gurus as SOLD! Very disappointing given I was told I'd get a call as soon as the car was ready to show. So I keep searching on Car gurus over the next month for the same 7 series BMW as I'm looking to replace my existing older 7 series. About a month later the exact same car gets posted up again so I call and ask about the car and was told it was available so to make sure I didn't waste my time I reserved the car on Car Gurus with a $500 deposit and emailed the dealership that I would be there on Friday around 10AM to see the car and finalize the deal. Never got a call or a txt to confirm my appointment on Friday regardless I felt confident that it wouldn't be an issue since I had put a deposit on the can and they were bound to hold it for me for a period of 72 hours. So I drove over to the dealership on Friday morning and walk in and ask a salesman by the name of David and proceeded to let me know the car was in storage went to get the keys and shortly comes back and tells me that the keys were lost and they we're waiting for a new set of keys and car would be ready to be shown by the end of this week of 7/23/2023. I come on this morning to find out that the car AGAIN was sold. Don't know exactly what kind of games these people are playing but it's not cool I wasted hours of my time trying to do business here and was extremely let down a disappointed not once but twice! I will never have anything good to say about this dealership whatsoever or the people that work here. You can't even reserve a car cause you will not be extended the courtesy to view it! This dealership has zero respect for service members and retired military. Sad for them that all they care about is selling a car and offer the WORST service following the purchase. Their terrible service has now cost them another 140k as my husband and I just bought 2 brand new BMWs from a different dealership and already have both our tags. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! You have been warned to stay away by hundreds of unhappy buyers. Anyone choosing to buy a vehicle from this dealership is flat out STUPID after seeing these horrible reviews. More
Bought used X5 M in December 2022 (cash no finance). 2 months on and had not received the title. Not answering my email and very dismissive when I call. Eventually (after several weeks of them not responding to me) found out they had registered the title to an incomplete address with no apartment number (despite this clearly being on my DL which I gave them during the sale). Now saying I have to go to DMV at my expense to get title issued to correct address. Refusing to call me or offer compensation for their incompetence. DO NOT GO THERE. This was a high end car purchase with very low end customer care More

The Financial Department of BMW of Sherman Oaks have no work ethics. They lie about the additional charges they made by for their services, that I did not have to pay if I did the end of lease purchase my work ethics. Now after two months they still say they do not have my title. The title was overnighted to them by FedEx. I gave them the tracking number as well. The DMV is saying they did not get paid enough and transaction is not complete. More
Never have your car serviced here. They banged up my sons car during a routine service- needed to replace the bumper. Instead of giving us one of their loaners, they had us go to enterprise for a rental. The repair took over a week but they only approved the car rental for one day. Still waiting for them to authorize the entire rental- made at least a dozen phone calls- Brian refuses to return any calls- Manager has not returned any calls- I will never go back to this place again- Judging from reviews this is probably the worse BMW service center in southern california!!! Its a shame because when it was Center BMW I had great service with Carmela More
Although I love my car, the service after the purchase has tarnished the experience. I bought my car in April. I'm still waiting for my permanent license plates. My temporary tags have long since expired and per the DMV, I should not be driving my car. Every call to the dealership results in the runaround, call transfers or straight to voicemail. Emails go unanswered. We showed up in person one day and were assured it would be handled. It was not handled. I really have no idea what we will do next. The DMV keeps referring us back to a dealership that is ignoring our pleas for a resolution. I can't believe this is a certified BMW dealership. I have never experienced this level of disinterest/unprofessionalism...especially for such a high cost purchase. More
