This is my first BMW purchase. I have to say that as a first time BMW owner and the maintenance program involved it is excellent. I've been to many BMW dealerships as I am a picky shopper. And it's a big purchase so behind that investment I wanted a great shop with a great service team. And they are exactly that. He makes sure to communicate the requests back to me, gives me accurate estimates for costs and time to get repairs done, and always takes good care of me well after the service is complete. He follows up with calls to see how things are going with the car, and has an infectious way of making even a tough situation (car engine half removed to replace two turbos) somehow enjoyable. Every service advisor should take a page out his book. He connects on a real level with his customers. No wonder his desk is usually occupied with someone seeking his service. I own two BMW's, a 745 & 530. Shahe Tavoukjian has been my service writer from the beginning, and while I hate to admit it, Shahe was probably my reason for being a repeat customer to Center BMW.
