Shahe has been my service advisor since 2007 --- for my 2007 750i. Recently, he recommended the extended warranty program for my car as I drive a lot. I purchased the mechanical failure warranty and it h 2007 750i. Recently, he recommended the extended warranty program for my car as I drive a lot. I purchased the mechanical failure warranty and it has already come into use for a minor issue. My ignition key became defective and the additional warranty helped cover its replacement. I have been coming to Center BMW for over 5 years now, since I bought the car there. I originally had trouble with the service (that guy not sales parts), but in the last 2-3 years, the service has been since I bought the car there. Dennis is very responsive, understanding and carings. He asks about my family every time I see him. He is calm, cool and collected, which if you know some advisors is a very big deal. Just yesterday he even put a quart of oil in my car himself. He takes the time with every client to make them feel like they are his only client. GREAT JOB DENNIS. PLEASE DON'T EVERY LEAVE. I do not want to have to find another services advisor who would no doubt be inferior. The new lobby with food and drinks is great perk as well. More
