Excellent service and Sales I have owned at least 14 BMW's over the past 12 years. I first dealt with Wagner when I brought my Florida car in for a peeled off hood emblem. That was 8 years ago. I travel with my cars between Boston and ft. Lauderdale. regardless of where my BMW has been purchased Matt, Chris and the entire Service Team have treated me, and especially my wife and daughter as friends. Because of the Service team I met sales people and Management. I have purchased several cars from Wagner and am always treated fairly and with nothing but straight talk. They do not "clock" their cars as the BIG dealer does either. /scs More

My present car is a 2006 BMW 330i sedan, sport package, manual transmission, car now has about 76k miles. I am a BMWCCA member and do some of my own repairs when time and skill allow. My service advisor is Matt Roy and he does a great job listening to your service needs and coordinating the repairs. I recently had a Service Engine Soon indicator and a very rough running engine. Called Matt the next morning and he was able to have the car serviced promptly to repair a faulty ignition coil pack. Always a pleasure to deal with Matt, fast response and great service. Wagner does provide discounts to BMWCCA members, much appreciated! More

A cut above the rest! I have been to many BMW dealerships for service over the last two decades, from Maryland up to Montreal Canada. I have worked with all of their servi I have been to many BMW dealerships for service over the last two decades, from Maryland up to Montreal Canada. I have worked with all of their service advisors in different respects with different needs & I am picky about who "touches" my BMW. I am pleased to say that Wagner BMW has some of the best service advisors. So much so that I have friends & family driving up on long weekends from other states to have their cars serviced at Wagner. Anyone that I have sent to Wagner BMW has agreed that they have the best/most professional team. I would highly recommend them! More

Horrible experience Adam Orlando had agreed to an offer I had made via email and then by phone. While we are speaking over the phone I ask him if my offer had been agreed Adam Orlando had agreed to an offer I had made via email and then by phone. While we are speaking over the phone I ask him if my offer had been agreed to and confirmed by management to which he replies yes and if I completed this deal by the week’s end there would be an additional $500. I then notify Adam that I would be stopping in that evening to finalize the deal. Adam ends the conversation by telling me to come in and ask for Mike who will assist me with the appraisal of my trade in. I drove over an hour and a half there just to leave completely infuriated. I arrive that evening a few minutes before 6:30pm and walk to the information desk and inform a woman behind the desk that I am here to see Mike and Adam Orlando. She asks me which Mike I am looking for? Apparently there are two Mikes (Mike Sutherland and Mike Fernandes), how was I to know? Adam Orlando did not let me know which Mike I should have been asking for, just ask for Mike he says on the phone, he will help you along. Steve Shifman walks by and willingly agrees to assist and states that Adam Orlando is gone for the day and should have told me that he wouldn’t be here when I had arrived this evening. I inform Steve that I am here this evening because of an X3 and I ask if I can see it, mind you it’s the only 2015 X3 35i that’s on sale that Wagner has available. Steve leaves his desk and returns to tell me that the car has been sold. I am in utter disbelief at this point. Steve walks over and speaks to another man, out walks Mike Fernandes and he tells my wife that this particular car is in a different lot. He continues on about how screwed up their system is and how it’s never been changed because when cars are moved to a different lot they are labeled as sold in their system. He tells us that the car is probably still available however the lot has been closed for the day. Mike said he had wished Adam Orlando had told him we would be arriving this evening so that they could have had the car on site so there’s the lack of communication between the sales associates. At this point we are now dealing with Mike Fernandes. He sits my wife and I down at his desk, starts going over the appraisal of our car and proceeds to the pricing of the X3 that I am interested in purchasing. I asked him if he knew that Adam Orlando and I had already agreed to a price and he said no. I then proceed to tell him about the week and a half exchanges that Adam Orlando and I have been having through emails and then Mike says I’ve seen the trail of emails, didn’t he just say he didn’t know what Adam and I had discussed about pricing? I repeat by stating that I made an offer to Adam Orlando which had nothing to do with Truecar, he countered, then I countered and then he accepted. I asked Mike if he could call Adam Orlando on his cell phone and Mike reluctantly says I don’t have access to that information, are you kidding me? Mike Fernandes told us that Adam Orlando worked for him and I can’t believe Adam had the audacity to agree to a price over email and phone and then when I arrive to close the deal Mike Fernandes says that it’s not going to happen. My wife and I wasted almost 2 hours at this completely disconnected dealership that has a lack of disregard for its customers. The overall experience at this dealership was horrible and we will tell all of our friends and family to avoid this dealership forever. More

We found a vehicle we were interested in online and reached out to the dealership to see if it was available. We were told it was and I set up an appointment for the upcoming Saturday. On Saturday morning I confirmed via email with Adam Orlando that the car was still there. Adam replied that it was and asked what time we would be in. I told Adam we would be in around 2:00 PM that afternoon. Adam confirmed we had an appointment for the specific vehicle we were interested in. The dealership is about an hour away from our house so we left around 1:00 PM. When we got to Wagner we talked to the sales person that greeted us and told him we were looking for Adam Orlando. The salesman asked if we had an appointment and I told him we did and confirmed earlier in the day with Adam Orlando. He asked us to sit in the waiting area while he went to get Adam. 15 to 20 goes by and we are just sitting there waiting. No Adam no car. The original sales guy walks by and notices we are still waiting, asks us to hold on and he will see what's taking Adam so long. We FINALLY see Adam Orlando after about 30 minutes. He comes up and tells us that the vehicle has been sent to auction. I was very surprised and annoyed. I asked why did he tell me it was here this morning then. He said well when I checked the day before it was. I reminded him that I checked with him in THIS morning and he told me it was. I also let him know that he just wasted now 1.5 hours of our day. He apologized but with zero sincerity. He gave us no offer to look at anything else and pretty much walked away. Fast forward to today 6 days after we left the dealership with no car. I get emailed that the vehicle we were interested in has dropped in price from car guru. I confirm and made sure was the same one. I decide to reach out to the dealer again to to see if they would tell me it's there or not. I get an email from guess who yes ADAM ORLANDO and he tells me the vehicle is still available and do I want to come in on Saturday to see it !?!?!? I am in complete disbelief. I am not sure why we were told after our long journey that the vehicle wasn't there. I am also not sure why Adam Orlando had to lie about it. That attitude and apathetic apology we received from Adam Orlando is just plain unacceptable. If you happen to find yourself at Wagner BMW and Adam Orlando is your sales person I would ask for someone else. More
