I can think of more than once that I have gone to different car dealerships to look at cars and the sales people make me feel like running and screaming!! Not at this dealership. The sales experience was amazing. We went into the dealership after finding two specific CPO vehicles on their website. Rather than just showing us these vehicles, Fabricio took the time to understan dealership after finding two specific CPO vehicles on their website. Rather than just showing us these vehicles, Fabricio took the time to understand our needs and wants and provided us with options that we had not even considered before. He even went online and helped us gather empirical data on real life performance and gas mileage. We walked away really feeling that we had made a very educated decision. They were friendly, professional, and reliable throughout the entire negotiation process. They helped me choose the right vehicle to fit my needs and I couldn't be happier with my new Diesel X-5. Purchasing the car (pre-owned 128i convertible) was relatively painless. Fabricio seemed comfortable with me buying either a new or pre-owned vehicle. I would have liked to have information about optional insurance (on tires and extending warranty) prior to signing papers, but didn't feel too pressured (just unprepared). The vehicle was ready quickly -- The only snafu was that my insurance company was faxing registration information to the wrong fax# which added an extra hour or so. I heard good things about service while waiting for the vehicle to be ready, so I hope that I feel as good about it when I use it. More

Bought a used vehicle in an hour flat. He was very knowlegable in the vehicle. Fabricio faciliated all of the paperwork and the bmw team got me out of there in really quick and stayed past closing to knowlegable in the vehicle.
