Horacio in parts always has a smile on his face and when you are looking for parts or accessories he is responsive both on the phone and in person. PS upon receiving my car back, I noticed what a good wash job someone did. That is special since most places leave water spots and or don’t note that your car was cleaner when you dropped it off. Super friendly, sets up my loaners before I get there and keeps me up to date on progress fo Ive been dealing with BMW SS and Melvin for 5+ years now. Simple Had a situation with my car and they were able to figure out issue within half an hour without me making an official appointment. They also had a loaner delivered to my house within 24 hours. Same model also which was extremely helpful. They have kept me up to date with where they are with the car and overal a very easy situation for what could have been a very difficult one. More

Not Just BMW-4-Life... BMW of Silver Spring 4 Life!!! Buying a car is a bit like selecting a school for your only child. You want the best so you do tons of research… Only to later realize that no matter Buying a car is a bit like selecting a school for your only child. You want the best so you do tons of research… Only to later realize that no matter what the stats are on the school, your child’s experience all boils down to their relationship with their teacher, whom you never meet until they’re enrolled. I don’t care how great a car is – and BMWs are without compare the cream of the crop – your experience with your car all boils down to your experience with your service advisor, whom you never meet until after you’ve already bought the car. Believe me, I’ve had past cars “enrolled in the wrong schools” – and it is NOT pretty. That’s one of the reasons I no longer drive a Mercedes. And that’s why even though I bought my BMW convertible at another area dealership, I will only ever bring it to be serviced at BMW of Silver Spring – well, with one caveat: as long as Brenton Anderson works here. Brenton is the epitome of professionalism and a sheer pleasure to work with. I truly look forward to bringing my BMW to him because I know he’ll provide prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, responsive and trust-worthy service. I contacted him at the last minute before driving to Maine this summer so that my car could have a "summer service checkup" (a complimentary service that the dealership had sent me an email about weeks earlier) and he was able to squeeze my car into the line up so that I could take off with the only care on my mind being what music I'll listen to for the next 10+ hours. If a company's employees are its most valuable resource, Brenton is downright gem! More
