Rachel is great to work with. Always a great experience visiting bmw of Silverspring. I have 2 bmw vehicles that i take there. Brandi Rogers has been my service advisor for the past almost 7 years and have always been exceptional with I have 2 bmw vehicles that i take there. Brandi Rogers has been my service advisor for the past almost 7 years and have always been exceptional with her recommendations along with explaining any queries regarding the repairs the cars need.
