Our sales and service processes were very easy. I mean that as a high compliment. We brought our "original" car in for service, and our Client Advisor Delfin Green took great care of us. When we mentioned that we might be interested in looking at a newer model of our car, Delfin introduced us to Desirea and the sales team. Desirea also took great care of us. She brought a model in that we wanted to see, and, when we decided to consider another vehicle she made sure that we could test drive that vehicle immediately. We purchased that second vehicle. The entire process with Delfin, Desirea, and Naeim (on the finance side) was smooth and painless. All of them are fantastic! More

Desirea Jackson provided great service, first tracking down the loaner model we initially identified and then assisting with a different vehicle that we ultimately purchased. My 2021 BMW X5 45e suddenly showed a drivetrain malfunction and stopped using the electric motor, leaving me with reduced engine-only performance. I drove it carefully for two weeks because I was worried about how expensive hybrid-related diagnostics and repairs could be. I finally scheduled a service appointment at BMW of Silver Spring, where Joy Chilcoat has been my trusted advisor for past visits. I arrived for my Monday 9:15 a.m. appointment expecting a long day, but their technician, Dong Phong, diagnosed the problem very quickly. He and Joy explained that it was an EME failure fully covered under Maryland’s TZEV warranty, including parts and labor. That level of clarity and reassurance meant a lot, especially with a hybrid system. With the Thanksgiving holiday approaching, Joy let me know that loaner vehicles were unlikely to be available. Even so, when I called mid-week, she was incredibly empathetic and escalated the request to her manager, Joe Diss. Thanks to both of them, I was able to pick up a loaner the same day—which helped tremendously with family visiting for the holiday. Joy has been excellent with consistent updates, clear explanations, and overall care throughout the repair process. Dong’s quick and accurate diagnosis saved me a lot of stress, and Joe’s support made a big difference. I highly recommend BMW of Silver Spring and their service team. Their professionalism and customer focus truly stand out. More

My husband and I recently leased 2 electric vehicles from this dealership, seeing as we went electric, we set up a Level 2 charger in our garage. We noticed that the cars would charge really slow because it this dealership, seeing as we went electric, we set up a Level 2 charger in our garage. We noticed that the cars would charge really slow because it automatically limited the charge level to 6A. We tried our best to trouble shoot this to no avail, for a whole week. We then reached out to Mr Amit Thanki, the product specialist, explained the issue, he asked for some photos and videos. He quickly realised (via a phone call might I add ) that the issue was the level 2 charger was not set up correctly. He gave us one simple step to follow, we did that and all our issues were sorted. We had been dealing with this issue for a over a week before I called Amit, if only we had called sooner. I say this to say, I truly felt like he cared about the product , cared about how we felt about the product and our overall experience, he would not stop till we had a resolution to the problem! Did I add that he helped us over the weekend, after work hours, on the phone! Truly next level service, we are two happy customers! More
