Jai Jennings is the best service advisor I've ever worked with and I have previously owned Mercedes, BMWs, & Volvo vehicles. He is friendly and informative and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the customers needs are taken care of. I've been driving BMWs for 25 years and he's one of best out there. I will say this. I bought my BMW from this dealer, when it was called Tischer. It was a less than satisfactory experience. So I can't say anything about buying from this dealer, but I know the service group is top notch. More
