Absolutely poor service. Little to no interest in the problems at hand. Did the most minimal amount of work necessary and did not fix all problems. Had the car for 2 weeks More

We are sorry that you had a less than satisfactory experience. After reviewing the notes from when you dropped your vehicle off, what we found is that your car would not start and that you had tried to figure out what was wrong with the car. You stated that you had changed the plugs. When we got the car in for service we found you had just swapped out the one plug with a incorrect plug, that you had pulled out the #6 coil and we found the retaining clip was broke and needed to be replaced. Also, the battery and check engine lights were on, which we found to be the coil and battery very low on charge. We charged and tested the battery and the battery test came back as weak battery, which you did not want to change at that time. When we got the car all put back together we found the fuel pump was not working and needed to be replaced, you gave authorization to install it. After installment the car started every time. As far as any other run-ability issues, we were unable to know how the car ran before, as this was the first time we have ever serviced the car. There were no warning lights on or computer faults. So as far as we knew, we had fixed everything you told me about when you dropped it off on May 4th. We acknowledge that you were disappointed in the time frame that it took to repair your vehicle, you were told that we would not be able to get the vehicle in until later that afternoon because on Saturdays we had fewer technicians in the shop and you stated that you needed to get on the road. We apologize for the miscommunication on the time frame. We are sorry you feel your service was absolutely terrible as we strive to offer a great experience. Amy, BMW of Sioux Falls Service
