I finally got my dream car! 2021 BMW 5 Series. I went in to shop around. I was greeted by a young man named Ammar Bhatti. Turns out that, due to COVID, there aren’t many new cars available. But they did hav to shop around. I was greeted by a young man named Ammar Bhatti. Turns out that, due to COVID, there aren’t many new cars available. But they did have two beauties in the 5 series to check out. This was my first new BMW. I have had two pre owned. Once you drive one, you are hooked. Ammar was wonderful to work with. He showed me the features of both ( which are numerous) and spent a few hours with me, helping me to decide and working out the details of my trade in. I have shopped at this dealership for many years. Working my way up from my first Jetta (they used to sell VW’s) to Passats, the 3 Series BMW and onto the 5. The service department has always been helpful and courteous. Cudos to Larry, Jeff and Brad. Loving my new ride. If you are in the market for a BMW, or a “new to you” other model vehicle, stop by and meet Ammar. A wonderful young man who knows his business. And not pushy in any way! I continue to be a satisfied customer after all these years😊 More
This dealer has the worst customer service, and I had the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealer. I had my 2020 750 in for an oil change, and the rear tablet has never worked, and I wanted it fi worst experience I have ever had with a car dealer. I made an appointment for service on Wednesday and dropped it off the night before; they never called even to acknowledge they had the vehicle. I called at 11:30 (my appointment was at 9 am for an oil change), and they said they did not know the status but would have to call me back. After waiting hours for them to call me back, I had to call them, and the rude gentlemen in the service department said they were backed up and wouldn’t get to it until tomorrow and asked if that was ok (what choice did I have). Thursday, I got no call, so I called them, and they said they needed to get a status and would call me back. After an hour, I decided to drive to the dealer (30 min drive), and when I got there, they didn’t even touch the car; it was parked in the same spot. When I went in, they said it was third in line (for an oil change and to look at a tablet), and the rude “gentlemen” gave me a condescending apology and said it would be ready at the end of the day and they would call. Well, guess what they never called, so on Friday I call, and they said, oh, the service was done and we called you, but you didn’t answer, yet another lie, and we left a message, yet another lie. They now have had the car for three days for an oil change and to look at a tablet, I went after hours to get the car, and the tablet still does not work, and I must assume they changed the oil (they have repeatedly lied to me so not sure that is a safe assumption). Also, when I picked up the car, there were dirty boot prints on the carpet, and the vehicle was not even washed. The sales experience was good, but they cannot supply service, so it looks like I will be going to Keeler for service and my new X7. More

A dealership that conducted fraudulent auto sales! Be aware! I am suing this dealership right now for auto fraud! They sold me a maserati with broken wheel and heavily scratches all over the body of the aware! I am suing this dealership right now for auto fraud! I refused to take delivery of the car, but they literally said suck it up, and then the sales manager Richard agreed to compensate when I confronted. However, after two months of countless phone calls and all kinds of effort made to get my money back, the general manager James Poissant refused to pay for the replacement of a new wheel on the broken one. The fix of the car is in thousands of dollars! No wonder they scam people to get rid of the car! I was told the car was fully inspected, spotless, in like-new condition; I ask for videos and pictures but the salesman Dean emailed me videos and pictures of very low qualities and assured that the condition of the car was perfect and spotless so don't need to see clear pictures/videos. I took a 0 downpayment loan to get this car and now the car cannot be driven since I don't have to money to replace the wheel myself or fix any part of the car! They got the car really cheap and without inspecting or fixing anything that's necessary, they just sell it! I had the car inspected all the technician said the wheel was broken then glued together somehow to deceive people! The car couldn't be driven and did not pass safety inspection like they claimed! This dealership is doing some nasty business in NY, buyers be aware! If you have any problems with your purchase, the manager was never available and dodging your calls all the time, they just scam and hide afterwards, leaving the customers to pursue legal justice on their own. I will update this review as my lawsuit progress! More

Dean got my wife the exact one she wanted, color, features, the whole package. Dean was great at responding to help set up the new technical stuff. The entire experience was positive in every way. Our previous X3 was purchased and serviced at South Albany. Casper Yim handled the sale and Brian Tearno did the finances. Neither are at South Albany currently, but we would have gone back to them if they were still there. Both were great. .Brad in the service area has been simply the best at making sure we get what we need when we need it. Our cars have been serviced by technician Marc Thompson, and there simply is no better. More
