This great experience was all because of Samuel Shalhoub. Samuel was very patient with us as we took our time picking out the vehicle we wanted. Samuel was also knowledgeable about the whereabouts of the cars, looking them up and how we could get the car we wanted. Sam showed us the best side of customer service. I bought my new BMW X1 from the great guys at Hendrick BMW Northlake in Charlotte, with Omar K. my supersalesman. My first experience there was with Tim and then Carmelo Sinegal, from the Genius crew, who helped me get familiar with my SUV. Both fellows were incredibly friendly and helpful, with lots of knowledge and patience! I spent quite a lot of time with Carmelo in particular, reviewing what Tim had showed me and learning new aspects of the car. He was kind, funny, and had plenty of time for my many questions.
