Robert in service is fantastic. My wife inadvertently scheduled a drop off appt instead of a waiting appt, and he took care of me anyway. I have driven BMWs for over 40 years and always had good service until recently. My car diagnosis was that my motor needed to be replaced. The service personnel gave me an outrageous cost, $27k to replace service until recently. My car diagnosis was that my motor needed to be replaced. The service personnel gave me an outrageous cost, $27k to replace it and I felt like this was to push me into buying a new car. He offered to buy my 2014 328i GT for $500-$1000. This was a slack in the face to me. I told him if I bought a new car it would not be from Hendricks. Otherwise I have had good service in the past. More
