When I visit, I actually felt the genuine care and professionalism were at the core of the team’s approach. My service tech took the time to clearly explain what my vehicle needed, kept me updated throughout the process, and ensured everything was completed exactly on schedule. I would also like to mention that no one likes to visit for service, they make it actually pretty bearable lol The quality of work, attention to detail, and communication were exceptional from start to finish. Even the waiting area reflected the same level of thoughtfulness. clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Special thanks to Patricia for putting the team together. I had been shopping around for a BMW for a while, visiting a few other dealerships in the Triangle, and the experience at Southpoint was on a completely different level. What stood out immediately was the way I was treated from the first interaction — no high-pressure tactics, no games, just straightforward, respectful communication. The staff here made me feel like a valued customer before I had even committed to anything. My sales advisor, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through multiple models, trims, and packages, explaining the differences clearly and honestly. What impressed me most was that they weren’t just trying to sell me the most expensive option — they were trying to help me find the right car for me. That’s rare. Once I decided on the vehicle, the process was smooth and efficient. The dealership itself is beautifully maintained — clean, modern, and comfortable — with a great customer lounge area that makes waiting easy. Even the financing process, which is usually the part I dread, was straightforward. I have driven BMWs for over 40 years and always had good service until recently. My car diagnosis was that my motor needed to be replaced. The service personnel gave me an outrageous cost, $27k to replace service until recently. My car diagnosis was that my motor needed to be replaced. This was a slack in the face to me. I told him if I bought a new car it would not be from Hendricks. Otherwise I have had good service in the past. More
