Malcolm, Kenneth, Felix and Drew. These guys were a joy to be around and you can tell that they LOVE their craft...infectious to say the least. Repair technician's video of your vehicle is very cool and informative seeing things you normally are unable to view. Waiting area is state of the art with great wifi, stocked with food/beverages, and plenty of room to work. Service times are very efficient. Very happy both our X3 and X5 are serviced at BMW of Southpoint! More
